Shipping Options
Shipping quotes are generated in real time based on the total weight and dimensions of products in your cart.  We use a modern, highly accurate shipping algorithm to calculate the most economical packaging for your order.

Calculated shipping options are available to customers in Canada as well as select international destinations. 

Shipping Delivery Estimates
Times shown beneath delivery options during the check out process are best estimates only.  Although some calculated shipping options may be eligible for shipping refunds if they are delivered outside of the carrier's specified delivery window, no guarantee is offered or implied by these estimates. If you think you might be eligible for a shipping refund based on delivery outside of a guaranteed delivery window, please reach out to customer service.

Processing and Handling Times
We ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding all postal holidays.  We generally ship orders in 1-2 business days.  If for any reason your order will take longer than 3 business days to ship we will contact you.

Expedited Shipping
We will make every effort to ship packages with expedited shipping options placed before 9:00AM Pacific Time on the same day.  Orders placed after 9:00AM Pacific Time may not ship until the next business day.  If we are unable to ship your expedited package in a timely fashion, we will contact you.

International Orders
Select international destinations are able to process orders through our shopping cart.  Acceptance of an order on our part does not guarantee we will be able to ship to your destination.  If we are unable to ship to your location, for any reason, we will cancel your order, refund you fully and notify you of your order cancellation. 

We currently ship with Canada Post and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Unclaimed or Returned Packages
We do not accept any responsibility, nor will we we issue any refunds for packages left unclaimed by the buyer.  If tracking information indicates a shipment was delivered or delivery was attempted and notification left, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to follow up with the post office or courier and retrieve the package in a timely manner.

Any package returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable may be refunded minus any outgoing shipping charges.  Any additional shipping charge incurred for return of the package to our facility may also be deducted from any refund issued.
